How to activate the new 'Console' function in AppStudio v1.2?

Does anyone know how to activate the new 'Console' function in AppStudio v1.2? It appears to be an internal debugging tool similar to Fiddler, but I assume it needs to be activated or configured somehow - is there any documentation on it yet?

There's already a page for it in the Troubleshoot section of AppStudio's help, yes. Hopefully it gives you what you need to operate it.
