I have been struggling with publishing due to error 400 and have made many changes to the xlsx form in attempts of correcting but with no luck. I wondered if you would be willing to assist. I have attached the xlsx file. All work has been in Survey 123 connect.

Just to follow up on this, you reached out in another channel on this - we were able to resolve this as the form had a duplicate question name.
