Attachments not showing up in ArcGIS Online all the time

I have some attachments I have attached to different symbology in ArcGIS Online for dislay in Collector. I have noticed sometimes when I go look in ArcGIS Online for the attachment, it shows "No attachment" even though I know the attachment is there. Anybody know why this happens?

Where the attachments submitted by the Survey123 app or Survey123 web form, or only via Collector?
