Is there a way to download all submitted surveys from the web app? I know there is a way to download all as a CVS, Shapefile, and Geodatabase, but is there a way to download all of them as a pdf?

Currently, there is not an efficient way to do this. You could make a PDF of the individual view one-by-one. We have heard from many customers the need to produce either summary or individual record reports and are looking at ways this functionality could be implemented for Survey123.
