~Linking broken data to original form in Survey 123~

I'm quite new to Survey 123, and I mistakenly removed the layer information within my survey by renaming/deleting folders, and now when I open the data tab it times out, trying to find the layer I removed.

Can someone please tell me if there is a way to recreate the folder I mucked with, so the attributes appear in the survey data?

Hi Patti,

If the Layers entry is blank, it may be more complex than just renaming a folder.  Is the feature layer still present in the account?

The easiest way to recover would be to create a copy of the survey and republish.
