I want to use python for projects in Excel and PowerBI. Pycharm installed using python 27, due to ArcMap. For GIS I use ArcGIS Pro, so I want to uninstall ArcMap then reinstall PyCharm with python 36 from ArcGIS Pro. Can I uninstall ArcMap?
Yes, through windows Add/Remove programs.
Keep the downloaded *.exe (which contains the *.cab and *msi) should you need to reinstall it.
If you don't use it, then there is no point in keeping it.
