I am trying to update my background geoprocessing to 64-bit for ArcGIS Desktop 10.2.2, but none of the patches seem to work. I have downloaded all of the patches found here and installed all except for the 64-bit ones due to an error being thrown. After talking to some colleagues, I was told to contact our license manager. He pointed me to this patch which still throws an error. What am I missing?
