Exporting data timing out

Hi

I'm having trouble exporting my Survey123 data. I have a simple point survey with only 38 records. When I try export it to any format it just sits there saying 'Exporting...' for about ten minutes, then fails.

Anyone else experiencing this? I've tried on a few different surveys and its the same on all of them. I have tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and IE) and inside and outside our network. Same on all.

Yes its working now. Must have been a temporary issue.

I checked the ArcGIS Online Health Dashboard and there was nothing on there to indicate any problems

Hi Malcolm,

I just tested exporting 50 records to a file geodatabase and did not encounter an issue.  Can you try again and verify that it is still failing?  If so, we can figure out a method to test further.
