Values not passing on to Survey123 Report template

Question

When generating a report using the word doc template, there are cases where the values of some of the fieldds are not populating.  The data is on the survey record, however, it is not outputting in the report template.  This happens on some of the surveys not all (seems to be sporadic)

An ESRI Case has been submitted (case# 02279330 )

Hi James, yes, currently working with Jordan on this.  Looks like it might be the commas in the value that is causing the issue.

Hi Eric,

In looking through the issue, I see that Esri Support has a working hypothesis on what might be the issue.  As Support confirms that, we'll be able to take the examples the produce and work to address this.
