"time" type calculations not refreshing

Question

I just noticed that "time" type calculations get evaluated ONLY when a survey is opened.

Also, can't see a "refresh button" button when a calculated value is changed.

An example is attached below.

But when I change the value of "Time 1", "Time 2" stays the same.
