I was wondering if a product roadmap is available for consultation. My office would be happy with a broad idea of what's coming up, as we will be using Survey123 more an more.

No, the roadmap for Survey123 is not publicly available, however we do maintain a list of features in the Sneak Paek section of the Survey123 documentation we are currently working in beta and are planning for: Sneak peek—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS
