Code 1000 - Conversion failed when converting from a character string to uniqueidentifier

HI guys,

I have a manhole inspection survey that has been successfully submitted in the past but surveys will no longer submit and are giving the following error - Code 1000 - Conversion failed when converting from a character string to uniqueidentifier. Any input on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Survey123 version 2.5.44

Hi Alistair,

Did you make any changes to your survey or feature service around the same time you started getting this error, if so what changes? Are you using same version of the app or have you upgraded to new version, what version was it working with previously?

Is it only the Samsung Tablet that gets error, or on all devices with this survey? What Android version are you using?

Are you able to send a copy of your survey xls form so we can investigate further and try to replicate your error.

Sorry for all the questions but this will help troubleshoot this error.
