Which is lighter app survey123 or geoform

I am in rural central Virginia where mobile service can be unpredictable.

We have used GeoForms to collect private cemetery location for sharing to appropriate state agency for protection.

We are getting ready to revise/update the collection app. I'd like to use Survey123 but am afraid it may need hefty data connection that won't be universally available.

So any technical analysis on which app is lightest when cellular data coverage is sporadic?

Survey123 is designed to work offline without a data connection. Surveys are downloaded to the device.  Captured locations will be saved on the device and synchronized back later.
