You might want to look into X-Ray for ArcGIS - not sure if it works on 10.0 though.

You may want to check out the ArcGIS Diagrammer - Demonstration Video - YouTube

The ArcGIS 10.1 version is available here, but there should be a version of the tool for ArcGIS 10.0 around somewhere as well. ESRI keeps changing the links to older resources
