survey results show html tags in print/PDF export

Question

When viewing the data submitted in a survey.... the results show the html tags used. see image below....

how do I disable this or is this a bug?

However not all the fields with html tags are being show with the tags. see the xls form.... circled in reg (shows the tags)

yet the list below it does not (see other image value circled in green)

The html tags are also displayed in the Feature Service in AGOL, which means even though I want my survey styled nicely I have to remove my tags because I dont want my clients to see the tags in reports/web maps.

The custom report forms (print layouts?) they still show the html tags as well.

Before we have enhancement to display the html tags directly in individual response, would you mind to try out our new report feature? https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2017/07/26/introducing-custom-form-report-templates-in-survey123-for-arcgis

I think the report feature can fulfill your need too.
