How I can add a repeat quotation to the main table instead of related table?

I want to have answers of a repeat quotation to the main table instead of related table which help me to print my survey with all quotations.

I am no sure I quite understand your question? Can you please provide more information?

Are you referring to Feature Reports and printing the answer from a repeat section in the main section of the report? Are are you referring to collecting data in the field app or web app?

Can you provide an example and your xslx for or Feature Report template with more explanation.
