How to create text graphic in ArcGIS Pro SDK?

Hi,

I want to create a text graphic. For example, there is a line and I want to write line length above the created line (ex : below in picture). I use AddOverlay method when create line, point or polygon graphic. But I cannot find any example about text graphic.

There is ITextElement class in ArcObjects. Are there any class or method like this in ArcGIS Pro SDK?

The ability to add Text Graphics to the overlay will be available in the ArcGIS 2.2 release.
