3dd globe service crashes ArcGIS Explorer?

I have ArcGIS Server 10 Globe services based on 3dd files.  These work great in ArcGlobe, but when added to ArcGIS Explorer, ArcGIS Explorer crashes. 

I tried on two different client machines and ArcGIS Explorer crashes on both.

Can ArcGIS Explore consume Globe Services?

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!

For whatever reason, the globe services started working.  Not sure what I did, but it appears resolved.  Please disregard.
