Published service with related table not appearing

Greetings, GIS-er!!

I have a feature class and a non-spatial table in my geodatabase. I have registered my geodatabase to my server as well. Then i create a relationship class between feature class and the non spatial table to create a thematic map.

However, when i publish it to the server and add it to my application using JS API, it does not show up. Im pretty sure that nothing wrong with my code. Anyone know what to do? Please this is rather important.

Have you added both the feature class and related table into the data frame of ArcMap before you published?

24043: Related layers or tables are not present in the data frame—Documentation (10.3 and 10.3.1) | ArcGIS for Server 

The table needs to be added to the data frame as well.  Publish this as a feature service; your related table should be available.
