Single choice grid question results not showing in Analyze

Hi,

I have a survey where some of the questions are set up as a single choice grid. I have imported results from excel as this was an existing survey before we moved to Survey123. The results for the single choice grid questions are not showing on the analyze page but are showing in data. This only seems to be an issue with single choice grid questions.

Any ideas how I can get the results showing in Analyze, this same error has replicated across a number of surveys.

Can you please explain more about your workflow?

Where did you 'import' data from an Excel Spreadsheet?  I am assuming that you created the survey using the Survey123 web designer, but can you provide details related to where your surveys were submitted from? (web app or field app).

Please provide more details.
