excluded layers

Robert,

I have just tried the Identify widget and it is behaving oddly.

specifically, if I add a layer to the excluded list then I cannot get any results from the tool.

if I remove the layers that I have excluded then the tools works.

any ideas on how I can trouble shoot what is happening?
