I see that I can display existing photographs/images, but can I actually take photos in Survey123?
Try including image type of questions.
I am attaching in this message a sample XLSfile that demonstrates how you can include photos in your Survey.
When published, you will notice that the photos you from Survey123 will be stored as attachments in your Feature Service.
