Arc Scene: Area of interest tool

Ich versuchen in Arc Scene das Tool "AOI = Area of Interest" einzusetzen. Reduzieren der Ansichtsausdehnung von ArcScene mit dem Werkzeug "Interessenbereich"—Hilfe | ArcGIS for Desktop

Leider klappt es nicht, die Pfeile lassen sich nicht aktivrien. Weiss jemand, an was das liegen könnte?
