I am making model in model builder. This will be a geoprocessing tool used in Portal. I want the geoprocessing tool to be able to select a parcel, determine buffer distance, then select the surrounding parcels within that buffer.

I am making model in model builder.  This will be a geoprocessing tool used in Portal.  I want the geoprocessing tool to be able to select a parcel, determine buffer distance, then select the surrounding parcels within that buffer.

Edit:  I want to export the Selected Parcels to CSV.

I think I will use the Public Notification widget in WebApp Builder for GIS.  I think it's exactly what I wanted.
