Is there functionality to create assignments based on an attribute?

Question

For exampled I have a sanitary sewer manhole layer. And I have a column in GIS that distinguishes proposed inspection dates.  Can I make an assignment based on a specific attribute in this data with a query?

My workaround might be to make a service of what I want in the assignment and then select them in workforce and create my based on the features in my service.

You might be able to get that functionality out of workforce.

"Dispatchers

For the Dispatcher, we added support for bulk assignment creation. Now you can drag a box and highlight a bunch of assets on the map and then create assignments for all of them at once.

All the highlighted assets appear in the search results and you can select a subset or all of the assets and click Create Assignment. The Create Assignments dialog lists each of the selected assets and you can choose a mobile worker, set a date and time and assign them all at once!"
