Unable to share Survey123 with group...

HI All,

Just wondering if anyone has come across this issue. I am unable to share a survey i created in Survey123 with a specific group or even with members of my organization. Every time I press save i get the error "failed to save".

I've tried only sharing with my group, only sharing with my organization and both at the same time. Nothing worked.

I tried before and after publishing my survey.

I checked the groups permissions and those look good.

I am the administrator for my organization, so theoretically i have more power too i guess. I am logged in with our Enterprise account, but everyone in the group is as well...

Any ideas?

Hi Carolyn,

Have you tried to clear the web browser cache? Then re-login to the Survey123 website? Can you survey owner try to share the survey?
