Compare FC structure in 2 SDE databases

Question

Hello everyone,

Environment:

ArcSDe 10.7  SQl Server

ArcGIS Desktop 10.7

We are looking for a way to compare the same feature classes in two databases and find the differences in the fields that were added, deleted or renamed.

Any tool to do that in ArcGIS SDE or directly Ms SQL server?

Any other suggestion running a Python script
