We have been successful in using our own feature services as targets for Survey 123 surveys, following the instructions here - How To: Create Survey123 for ArcGIS surveys that connect to non-federated ArcGIS Server services .That said, we are unable to submit records that have been edited via the inbox. Upon submittal, there is no error message, but the record remains in the outbox and has a red exclamation point. The error occurs for a simple survey that has no repeats, but does have attachments that are based on a relationship class that uses globalids. The same error occurs non-federated surveys with repeats, when the correct values are set in the bind::parameters column for repeats
