I had a problem de-installing 10.0 and installing 10.4 but after cleaning out the registry of all items with esri or arcgis and was able install 10.4 as well as arcgis administrator. The problem I have now is that each time I try to authorize the software using the administrator the utility goes no where. I can't seem to get to the authorization page to enter my code. Thanks for your help.
