Cascade to a group of questions based on type

My survey has an option to select a sports field type (Baseball, Soccer, Tennis Courts, or Track and Field) when selected i would like for a specific group of questions related to the sports field. I have attached the form that i am currently building, any help is appreciated.

Use relevants.  I cleaned up the values in the choices tab replacing spaces with _ to eliminate the errors.
