I am using Survey123 Connect for a GIS Day demo. I would like the survey to forward to a web page when it is submitted. Is it possible to forward to a url?

Are you familiar with the Survey123 website (survey123.arcgis.com)? If not, this is a major component of Survey123 and allows you to view and interact with the data from your submitted surveys along with a multitude of other amazing features.
