I have a model that works fine.... until I hit the 'validate entire model' button. When I hit the button, some (not all) fields from my target feature disappear from the field map window in the spatial join tool near the end of my model. So then I have to reconnect the target features every time to get the fields to show back up in the spatial join field map window.
