Image from Survey123 Connect will not load online

Question

I have a .png image that loads at the beginning of one of my Survey123 Connect surveys.  The image is in the media folder and is named correctly in the XLS form.  The image displays correctly in the Survey123 Connect preview, but does not display when the survey is uploaded to the web for deployment.

Any ideas?

Hi Allen,

This issue appears to have been resolved with the latest update to the web form. I tested the url above you provided, and can see the image load.
