Time spinner labels missing

Hello,

I am using Survey123 Connect 3.0.127 on a Windows 10 platform with German localization.

The time spinner widget in my surveys looks like this:

I found out (by chance) that the two unlabeled fields on the right side of the spinner (red rectangle) change between AM and PM time. Is it intended or a bug, that these two buttons (I think that is what they actually are) are unlabeled or unrecognizable as buttons respectively?

Hi James,

My system clock is set to a 24-hour display. When I change this setting to 12-hour, the labels are still missing and the buttons seem to do nothing (actually, they can't do anything because the time format is identical for forenoon and afternoon).

Hi Jürgen,

I'm not seeing this behavior in testing on other platforms (Mac, iOS).  Just checking, is your system clock set to 12-hour or 24-hour time?
