Install of ArcGIS 10.0 with SP 5 on new Windows 10 machine seemed to work fine until you have to select a file or a folder from any pop up file browser window. eg selecting a layer file from the layer properties or source location of a shape file, or from within Catalog exporting a layer to local drive. It happens every time. I would much appreciate any ideas to fix this, thanks.
