Survey123 - report template - attachment: signature

Question

Hi,

Before we had a test environment : 'a normal ArcGis'.  Now we are on a portal.

Before it was possible to have a survey 123 , with signature as image ( so attachment). It was possible to use the 'report' function and as a result it showed the signature on the word document.

Now on the portal this doesn't work anymore ....

Could this be the reason :

Limitations

* Attachments are not supported using the Survey123 website with ArcGIS Enterprise

How can I solve this, or what is a work around ?

I don't know of a specific timeline for support in ArcGIS Enterprise‌ (the feature needed is 'attachment keywords')

Hi Stefaan,

As the documentation states, attachments are not supported when using an ArcGIS Enterprise context.  This is due to a difference in the attachment table in Online and Enterprise - Enterprise at this time lacks the ability for Survey123 to distinguish which attachment is associated with a question.
