GeoCoding the OS Benchmark Data

Any thoughts on the best way to GeoCode the Ordnance Survey benchmark data? All I've found online is a CSV of the data: https://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/legacy/docs/gps/CompleteBenchMarkArchive-NoFBMs.zip

In there is the ordnance survey grid code across 3 columns (100km tile code, plus eastings and northings of limited precision). Im looking for a way to either geocode OS grid, or programmatically convert these into standard E/N.
