I am receiving "undefined" in my custom output file even though these sections were filled in on the survey.

In the survey the CO2, CH4, O2 and H2S inputs were filled in. Interestingly enough they seem to work in the default template on the site, however if I download the default template and use it as a custom template it returns "undefined".
