Survey 123 for Public Comments?

I am looking for an ESRI solution that is similar to Wikimaps. The functionality I am looking for includes ability for the public to draw lines and points and answer a variety of different types survey questions through a user friendly form. Is Survey 123 the best solution for this? I have also looked into the Crowdsource Reporter Configurable Web app but I think that app does not handle line features.

We should be able to accomplish this through Geopoint (points) ,Geotrace (lines) and Geoshape (polygons) questions in Survey123. I think this article will give you some good examples and an idea of how you can get started - Survey123 Tricks of the Trade: Lines and Polygons.
