There seems to be an issue with the XLS Form converter. I thought it might be an internet connection but it doesn't appear to be.

Yes, there was an issue with the API when publishing surveys from Connect containing pulldata(geopoint) and external selects. The issue has since been resolved and you should be able to publish surveys successfully. If you encounter any further issues please let us know.

It appears to be working again, I recommend xls convert offline.
