Survey123 surveys Shared issue

Question

I am using Enterprise Users and groups In arcGIS Portal . I created two groups from Enterprise Groups( Active directory). Whatever i created (Administrator)  and share with one group. When the group user try to access all assigned surveys from the Survey123 app. he cant see any thing on it. when I shared surveys with  Organization and group . they can see. is it compulsory to share with organization.

Hi vijay,

It sounds like you might not be sharing the correct feature layer/feature layer view.  Agian, try sharing via the Survey123 website.

I had given sharing  from ArcGIS Portal (Form, feature Layer)

Hi Vijay,

Are you sharing via the Survey123 website or manually?  We encourage you to always use the Survey123 website to share forms as both the form and a feature layer (or feature layer view) need to be shared for a given activity (submittal, viewing the results) and which feature layer/feature layer view will change depending on the activity.
