Why the App State feature in WAB 2.0 does not work on mobile devices?

Hi Everyone,

Does anybody know why the new App State feature does not work on mobile devices? Even the AppState Pop-up does not show at all. Does anybody have the same experience? Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
