I'd love to see the option to collapse a group question from anywhere in the group, instead of having to scroll to the top. If the group name & the expand/collapse button could float below the survey title (or something similar) that would be great!

We don't currently support floating buttons in the survey form for collapsing or expanding groups and repeats. There is no open enhancement request either for this issue, so can I suggest you raise it on the ArcGIS Ideas page for Survey123 so others can vote on it or alternatively raise it via Esri Support as a new enhancement.
