Note Displays Regardless of Prior Conditional Question

I have a survey with a dropdown conditional question. If option A is selected, a subsequent dropdown question is supposed to appear. If option B is selected, a note and a subsequent question is supposed to appear.

However, the note appears regardless of the response to the conditional question. The note even appears when there is no response to the conditional question. It is greyed out until option B is selected, but I would have thought the note shouldn't appear at all unless option B is selected.

Hi Sean,

We are aware of the issue regarding the hidden notes displaying- this can be worked around by downloading and republishing the form in Survey123 Connect.  We plan to address this in an incremental update to the website later this week.
