Can't Change background color of form

I’ve been trying to change the background color of my survey and can’t seem to accomplish this.

My setup:

• Created survey with connect
• Using survey as a web form only
• Want to change green background color behind the form, not the form color

Hi Joe,

Please refer to https://community.esri.com/thread/218865-viewing-survey123-form-on-web-pale-blue-wrapper .  Note that this will change slightly in 3.1 as the web designer will expand the theme capabilities; surveys published in 3.0 will not be affected if version locking is on (which it is by default).
