Calculate job time in workforce

Question

Is there a way to calculate the time between a job being assigned and completed in workforce? I cannot seem to find any examples or resources any pointers would be useful.

The doc doesn't have an outlined example of how to calculate the total time spent on an assignment, but the section titled Assignment status date and time fields does document the various date/time fields for each status.

You'd want to subtract the assignedDate from the completedDate.

The rest of the section explains how the date/time fields work.

Hi Craig,

I have gone through this but there is no mention of calculating the total time spent on an assignment. I have tried adding a field to my assignments layer and calculated from there but this does not return the correct figure. Have you any other links that may help? Many thanks Thomas
