Unhandled Error Message: ArcGis for AutoCAD

I'm trying to add a map service, esri and my own into CAD Civil 3d 2015 but I'm constantly getting the error message attached. I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall of the 64-bit version of ArcGis for AutoCAD
