Comments Widget for Beta Sites?

Is there a widget or a text field that could be added to sites under development.  --Often times I will send out a test flex site for review and either get no response from users or sticky notes on my desk about changing fonts or colors.  It would be cool if there was some kind of dynamic text field or widget where visitors could post comments about the beta site?

One way to do that would be to use the StaticImageWidget with an image saying "Please comment", then have it link to a Google Docs spreadsheet or document.  Just an idea 🙂
