Creating an email link

Hey Everyone,

Is it possible to create an email link in a crowdsourcing app? If yes, could someone please guide me through the steps.

For example: Create and share a map for data collection—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS

Here - the options after completing the form are - Delete and Close. I want Delete and Email option instead.

Any guidance would be really appreciated.
