Occasionally users what to hide the aerial background so they can read annotation. I tried making a white box as a vector layer that covers the basemap. I also tried exporting a white screen to an image and loading it in the viewer. Neither method works. Any ideas?
We published a white polygon, cached it and use it as a basemap to achieve what you are asking for.
